The contents and function provided by this website are: categorized products, product search, member application, account management, order enquiry, and download, etc.
After a member finishs his order, if selecting off-line payment, the system will notify user by sending a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address the member had filled in. Within that e-mail, the subscribed products, payment amount, payment channel, and specific payment account have been specified for user reference.
After the payment is completed, product download will be activated and user will receive an e-mail regarding this payment; other information such as product details and payment status can be looked up by browsing our website and login to personal information.

After checking the order information and payment information, TSEC will process the GUI (Government Unified Invoice) and mail them to users. Web download has been authorized.

The payment methods currently provided are ATM ( by using the payment account information provided in the above confirmation e-mail), fund transfer and credit card payment.
